OP...the Defy as mention is an endurance geometry and more upright with shorter top tube.

Be honest with yourself about your riding needs. If going to race, get the TCR. For recreational training and even B group riding, get the Defy. All depends on your body proportions, fitness, flexibility and intention how you are going to ride the bike. If you cruised at 20 mph while riding solo on your previous bike, get the TCR. Most don't and for the vast majority of average riders, a bike like a Defy or Robaix, Domane etc is more comfortable.


The TCR...my riding buddy has one...is one of the great race bikes on the planet. One of the best. Giant makes great bikes.


giant tcr in medium large? nope not even on completed listings. unless there is an ebay equivalent for used bikes i dont know of (pink something also didn't have it)
