The best place for selling bikes in the Twin Cities is on any of several facebook gorups. I would check fb in the Peoria/Bloomington/Champaign area to see whether there is a bicycle trading group. In my experience these are MUCH better than Craigs. I've had multiple bad experiences selling on Craigs, not one on the fb sites. There's just something about a closed group where cyclists are selling to and buying from other cyclists.
