fender1, I currently have a DB Ascent and Ascent EX with similar serial numbers. They start with "U". The first digit is for the year of frame manufacture. 0 = 1990. Generally, but not always, the next two digits are for the month, 10 = October. The model year of your bike is 1991. The decals are not right for 1990 model year.
