Looking at the prices conversions are fetching on eBay, I would just shine it up and sell it whole. Things like the stem, bars, etc have little or no value, whereas if you sell a complete, ready-to-ride bike it has a lot of value to someone who doesn't have the time/know-how to convert their bike.
