A fast bike with thin tires, for a very short commute on a very bumpy surface, that's not going to work l am afraid. You need to do a lot of research, I would suggest you read here and even the mountain bike forum. Take your time and wait until you have a good understanding of the basics of suspension, tire widths and pressures for given surfaces and then start looking for a bike that suits. the time spent will be well worth it
