Keep in mind, the nominal top tube lengths are probably the same. The bigger frame will just let you get the bars a bit higher. But, take this with a grain of salt - Raleigh was famous for being loose with frame angles and tube lengths. They both probably have a 22.5" top tube on paper, but when comparing them in person, be sure to do it somewhat carelessly, with a poor measuring tape to keep in the proper spirit.
