We rendezvoused at a Taco Bell in Saint Cloud, so only about half the distance to Little Falls - a little over an hour's drive. I put the bike up on my trunk rack, turned the pedals, shifted through the gears, and said, "You've got a deal."

Money ($25!) changed hands, and she was mine. It rained on the drive home, but the saddle that was on there was pretty water resistant, so I didn't bother to put the Brooks rain cover on it. It wasn't the original anyway, and it wouldn't be there for long.

Condition-wise, it was better than I had any right to expect. Here are some details:

The top-tube "Specialized" decal was gurred up, probably from a workstand clamp, so I removed it with a heat gun, tweezers, and Goo Gone. I think it looks better this way. I might even be able to live with that.
