The Harris link shows a claw that will work with a horizontal dropout. It won't work with a vertical dropout.

The wheels mfg hanger should work with the solid axle. The problem solvers won't.
I've used the problem solvers version wrenching rides. It meant being able to finish the ride. N.B. the emergency hanger will displace the derailleur further away from the cluster. Some derailleurs may not work with the biggest cogs.
These will get you through until you figure out a way to attach a permanent hanger to your frame.
