The only things that are not are the rims which are Campagnolo Moskva 80, the rings are Shimano SG, the bars are Cinelli and some butt ugly stem. According to the 1997 Cannondale catalog this bike should have a Shimano 105SC group with Mavic wheels.

Sometimes stuff seemed to sneak out of the Cannondale facility "pre-upgraded"
I have a Criterium model in full tri color also , - catalog scans show 105 and it says Shimano 105 on the chainstay -- but its 600 across the board, --- headset and bottom bracket included. Bike also had the dork disc and reflectors when i bought it
