57 Miles Friday, on a cloudy day, today Saturday it's 60° with blue skies, I did ride today, 5 miles down to the library, picked up the book "The Haywire Heart, How too much exercise can kill you". I guess it's required reading for this forum. I'm going out for another long ride tomorrow, I hope the weather is as nice as today's, but I din't remember how to dress for 60° temps anymore. Last summer I would have thought it very cold. I guess start with layers and keep taking them off.
