I am looking to convert my Norco Threshold to a single chain ring in the front, rather than a double. I never really liked front derailleurs, and they never liked me.
The bike is rocking a FSA MegaExo BB-4000. The place that I work sells Sram Apex-1 Cranksets, If I were to buy one would I buy the GXP or BB30 Interface? Also are apex-1's a good choice for this bike? I only use it to commute to work and weekend rides. Also what do you think of the current FSA Omega Cross crankset on the bike? I personally dont really like the look of it. It looks kind of cheapish to me.
