For the top tube rack, if the bike won't fit try one of these adapters:

I've used them and they work fine. They are fairly common when dealing with full suspension and children bikes. There are cheaper versions from other brands.
For the roof mount trays, it will depend on the actual model. There may also be adapters. Or there may not be.
