There was a scene from Runaway Bride with Julia Roberts filmed near my house when I was a kid. In the movie it was a 60 second scene.

They were on site filming this scene for four days straight, easily there for 12 hours a day.

As far as finding bikers go, just go to a bike trail. Look for people who fit the look you want and get their attention. It's California. How hard can it be to find a couple decent looking people exercising? Heck, half of them are probably wanna be actors who are legit bikers.

You might have to be careful going outside the actors' unions though. Again..California. Actors everywhere. Unions everywhere. Rules everywhere.
