...400-500 bucks American money is right about in the ballpark for a Super Comp in decent condition here. So 400 Euro is within that range.
I've never seen one with Shimano 600 on it, but that stuff ought to work pretty well, even if it offends the Francophiles. Not sure what it does in terms of valuation.

The Super Comps from the 80's are pretty compact in geometry, and I have found (from owning and riding a couple) that they seem to be pretty flexy in the rear....compared to many other bicycles. That's not especially good or bad, just a handling characteristic I've experienced.
