I won't argue pricing, but these weird comments about aluminum being weaker and the frame will collapse after a short time are ridiculous. Steel and aluminum are both efficient ways to make a bicycle frame; neither are going to fail during the expected span of ownership of the bike. Let's get a grip, people.
