I own Dura Ace road wheels with similar construction. They are sub 1400 grams for the pair so yeah, pretty light.

I'd have bought these on the spot if they were 29er. It is the first time I really looked at the Velomine site. They have some interesting stuff.

Ahh right Shimano does that weirdo stuff but it seems to work for them.
