That's a Reynolds 853 frame, right? On the good side, you have Ultegra, the 853 frame, and a Reynolds (Ouzo Pro?) carbon fork - I think the stock fork was aluminum but my memory might be a little fuzzy here.

On the not so good side, if the chain and cassette need replacing, I'd be taking a long look at the rest of the components, specifically chainrings, to see how much life they have left.

Bike is FMV as shown, you might be able to negotiate a little off with the chain/cassette needing replacement. Also keep in mind - fairly tight rear triangle means this ride will slant toward responsiveness rather than stability, so hope you're looking for that kind of geometry.

Edit: While I was typing a reply, I see Bill & I were thinking the same thing as far as chain rings...
