The chunky lugs remind me of the cast aluminum ones used on a Kabuki or an older, low-end Bridgestone. In any case, it's a waste of time to try to identify a frame by listing the components (which can be swapped). So the photo of the wheel won't help. And the photo of the bike is too dark for a decent ID. Try shooting the frame itself in daylight.
