Sluggish shifting on rear derailleur?

So I watched the park took rear derailleur video a few times and got to tuning my drivetrain. Created slack at the barrel adjuster, got everything Big ring front small ring rear and tightened H screw until noise and slowly backed off until I got silent pedaling. Pulled slack out of cable and tightened cinch bolt.

Shifted up to second smallest rear cog(barrel adjuster is all the way clockwise) I then turn out the barrel adjuster until it made noise and slowly turned it back down until silent. I then worked my way up the cogs checking for noise and adjusting as needed. I wind up with some sluggish shifting down on the 2-4th biggest cogs but at this point I’ve removed all tension from the barrel adjuster.

The only thing I did adjust earlier was the B Screw, i tightened the gap slightly. Any tips here ?
