Phillips Pilot in Blue which meant a girls frame, my Mom wanted to insure the chance of grandchildren.
Training wheels were added, and removed a bit later.
Then came a Mattel X-15 Varroom cycle recumbent rear wheel steering trike. So cool. "joystick steering", seatbelt, Stickers!.
So cool I bought another for my kids decades later.
My daughter learned to ride on a Raleigh Mountie that I bought in 1977 for my little sister. Grandpa threw nothing away.
He had so much stuff that when a tool was needed and he did not have one, you could MAKE one.
