In China, some companies have employee go out, seek, and tidying up the dockless bikes.

Other companies go b ankrupt and abandon the bikes.

This is a problem of out of controll capitalism. That could be reined in by gov't regulations.
But regulations stifles the dynamism of capitalism.
China know very well the problem of over regulation, as result of its disasterous socialism experiment in the 60s and 70s.

It's inconvenient for some people, but progress is sometimes inconvenient. And sacrifice is made for the good of the whole.
