I'm surprised you aren't finding replacement parts, although frequently companies will sell entire units, rather than selling sub-units.
Disassembly photos would be nice.
If you have caged bearings that have gone bad, there are two possible solutions.
One is that it may be possible to pop the bearings out of the cages and pop new bearings in. A bit of work, but it should be OK if the cages aren't mangled.
The other is to replace caged bearings with loose bearings, using grease to hold everything together during assembly.
