Highly doubt it’s Champion more likely high ten steel.
Champion would have a frame RD mount, no claw. Stamped drop outs, etc.
Low end step through that needs some love = Pass.
Suntour components like Shimano too is meaningless. Both companies made a full product line from bottom end stuff that showed up on department store bikes to top of the line. It’s slmost like saying your car is a Dodge. Dodge made everything from the Horizon or Omni to a Viper.
