When I was travelling in Asia, some places have awesome indigenous Apps for walking and hiking.
There isn’t an app.
However if you turn on the bicycle layer of google maps it will highlight them in green. I’ve ridden a bunch of them and while they aren’t fully interconnected they are pretty nice. Many force you to cross roads however, instead of riding underneath. The paths aren’t wide and you have to give way in the grass to walkers and dogs.
