Check with 3speedslow...i just gave him a box o' stems, one of them may be it.
ISO threadless stem, silver color (or maybe blue) 8 or 9 cm long, 17° rise, 28.6 mm (1 1/8") steerer, 26 mm clamp.
Or something like that. I have an 11 cm one I could trade, among many other things.
