For close to the prices above you can buy a brand new SS/FG bike on line. There you get everything brand new, flip flop hub, in the size, color, handlebar style, and whatever you want. I would prefer a new one over a mucked up bottom end Peugeot. Very questionable/sketchy fork choice. PASS.

I rarely recommend new stuff, I am a vintage guy. If I wanted a vintage FG/SS, I'd be looking for something better, that originally came with 700C wheels, a mid level 1980s Japanese bike. If you don't have to have FG, such a conversion can be done very cheaply.
