Our major bike artery here has been blocked by a landslide for about a year. It’s probably got a thousand tons of dirt on it. I guess that would count as construction if they showed any inclination to fix it.
we have roads still closed from a major flooding event that happened close on 3 years now. No work has been done...it's just closed roads. My state gives no effs about such things.
One of our riverside greenways finally reopened. Another part of the same system had a dam that collapsed during the flood event and that hasn't been rebuilt yet.
