It was a good week and a bad week. Felt strong after a big week but I just wasn't on form during group rides and that's the part I really need to work on. To be fair, dudes were hammering that training crit and even fresh (I was on 3 hours sleep, someone lost a finger at my wife's work) that was going to be a rough day.
