I was removing some old AC ducts and folding/compacting them to fit them in the dumpster. The stuff folds very easily and I was just using my foot/leg to do the work. I guess my foot must have slipped as I was pressing down (I don't recall feeling that at all though) and my knee felt everything inside it was mashing together. This knee has been significantly weakened since my incident two years ago but everything has been fine for the last year and a half considering I was working construction and on my feet for 8/10/12 hours a day so I thought nothing of it. Guess I was wrong!
