In my case, I think both. My early poor results were partly due to bad luck, nerves, and bad race decisions. But I also think the racing and other training are building my power. I've not become weaker in the past month, I've become stronger. I think. I've also done a whole lot less sitting in during the racing, so that's led to higher strain during racing. Which I wasn't getting very much of last year.
