Nice rider. I had an exact model (same color too) and also in 23". I paid $200 off CL and it was minty. Mine did include front and rear racks. I rode it for two years and sold it to my daughters boyfriend last year. I'd have kept it, but 23" is on my upper most size range. A 21" would have suited me better. Like others have said it is a well built bike and if your 5'10" - 6'2" the 23" frame will be perfect for you. BTW, I'm 5'8".
