I rode my bike to work yesterday. No windvest, no jacket, no arm warmers etc. It was pleasant when I left home in AM. When I left work it was a bit more brisk. Ominous clouds in the sky and the wind was picking up. I rode to work a few weeks ago and got RAINED on, so today I opted to NOT ride my bike to work.
Tho I have obtained permission to park my bike inside the building instead of locking it up outside!
