A Surly Stainless steel chainring

would be my go to .. longer wearing , and flat , so you can flip it over & extend it's use-life ( still go 130 39t )

I have had a Surly 110-38t on my Rohloff bike for many years..
'2.1mm thick' so works with 8 speed / 3/32" chain..

But in addition to the Ultegra-Dura ace 130-39t, you can find a lot of others of that size ,

using the same 7075-T6 aluminum alloy to machine into that part..
