Tak!

Thanks for the replies!

If it was okay to take your whole bike as a normal bag then just my frame should be no problem at all.

I am planning to re-enforce the box, thinking wooden blocks taped to the frame so weight wouldnt land directly on it? I have flown my bike once before, but paid 60 for the bike charge, doesn't seem necessary for just a frame though so I will check in a normal bag.

Cute Boy Horse have you been to the Mercian guys before? Are they good?!
I was pleased, found out it was actually a outsourced mercian worker/team that built the Superbe model for Raleigh. Because I know mercian normally only do framework on their own bikes, but I spoke to them on the phone and they were willing to have a look and make the rapair, as it has the same tubes as their current bikes. Feels nice getting the frame repaired by the place that originally built it (kindof!)
