Ok well I went to two shops and the only pair of shorts that I found that could work are the
Specialized RBX Sport Shorts in XXXL. They were $50 at the shop I went to HOWEVER: Specialized don't make them anymore, and those were the last pair at that store. I also tried a pair of Atlas Baggy shorts in 3XL however those didn't fit at all.
I did get two pairs of baggy shorts from Wal-Mart which fit and should be adequate for my needs as of now. Getting those padded shorts to go under thee baggy ones will be the last thing I'd need.
