I have one too, a 1982, and agree it is a nice rider. And it does have a "triple-butted" sticker on it.
Some guy has had one (but with only one so-so pic) listed for well over a year on Philly and South Jersey CLs, and in that time he has dropped the price from $200 down to $150. Apparently he is a patient dude, and will really learn the market value of his bike. Someday.
