I can narrow it down for ya. Bring it by my place and we'll take my angle grinder to the handlebars, about 3 inches on either side of the stem. Cut the pedals about halfway, too. That'll make at least a foot narrower.
But I'd leave it the way it is. It's not exactly a fat bike, but it looks like a very nice rider.

I haven't measured it out yet but I think it will take 700x32s no problem, its been so long since I rode 23 or 25s that they look odd to me.
