So, I got a little worried that the stem and bars were removed because of damage, but it looks like the previous owner had upgraded and mounted some nifty Nitto aero bits. Seller is selling these separately, but I'm more than happy with the portion of the bike that I am receiving (tomorrow, according to FedEx). Standard stem and bars are fine for me.
