Four years ago, as my wife approached that milestone (3 months ahead of me, as always -- funny how that works every year), we got some good laughs from that song. I am still cycling and my wife is still taking ballet lessons. I do not go as far or as fast as I used to, and she doesn't go up en pointe any more, but we still do what we can.
