i have an aluminium mtb which had a really annoying squeak that was driving me crazy ... it would squeak when you were putting power on the pedals ... i did everything you have done, pulled everything to bits, regreased everything and rebuilt the bike ... it still squeaked so i tightened every single bolt to within stripping point and it was still there ... finally figured it out to be the saddle squeaking ...
