1973 Raleigh Grand Prix Restoration

Progress notes and photos on restoring a '73 Raleigh Grand Prix.
I bought TWO 1973 Grand Prix's on the cheap last year - a 21" and 23" one. I figured I'd I'd get one good commuter and I built the 21" one nicely (but left it looking like hell).
Now I'm trying to restore the 23" one in a "creative" way.

Here are photos of the two bikes (Second photo shows the 21" already road-worthy)

The 21" on the road and riding nicely - but looks like hell!
