Hey @Schwinnsta It's an Ibex trailer made by BOB. Bob Ibex It pivots on bearings on either side of the rear axel of the bike, and in the other plane at the vertical tube behind the rear axel of the bike. It also has spring and shock (adjustable preload). It's fantastic and tracks neatly behind the bike. I love it. I replaced the rear tire with a better one (more slick than knobby) and I couldn't be happier. I also tow it behind a tandem for camping, and sometimes behind my Lemond for quick runs to the park.

It has four bottle cage mounts (I'm only using two) and I recently put a rack on it so that I can add panniers. And it has a pole & flag, though I rarely have it mounted. It works really, really well with my Swift folder!
