At Bikecology, we were
very relieved when it was moved, because the high seat tube position was a recipe for disaster in a shop stand clamp.
That is a great-looking bike and a superb restoration. The 52-42/14-24 classic 1.5-step is a great alternative to the stock 52-45/14-21.
