One other thought, We have broken the large cog spider of several cassettes (
Seeking stronger cassette) which result in a few of the cogs not being parallel to the others - i.e. they appear to wobble compared to the other cogs. This also results in skipping or "clunking" when under power. You might want to check the cassette closely as well.
