Oh, I've thought a bit about E-Cargo-Bikes. A bit like a tiny vehicle or truck. 2 wheels? 3 wheels? Some standards should be in place such as brakes, lights, controls, power, speed, etc. Insurance?

Again, be judicious about what and why.
