I’ve ordered from them several times without issues. An order confirmation usually comes within hours, sometimes within minutes, and shipping notification about a day later. Shipping to Oklahoma usually takes about ten days. I don’t recall ever having to wait more than two weeks.
I’ve never had to contact their customer service.
