Profile Design makes/made rubber grips (in various colors) for aerobars. They're longer than regular handlebar grips and open on both ends. You may need to boil them, to soften them up, in order to get them to go over your handlebar but they should work on a standard road bar. I bought some for my aerobars a few years back because they worked much better and lasted longer than using bar tape.
