I also think Niagara Cycle is gone. In the summer I make a parts list order intended for Niagara to handle my winter maintenance projects. I noticed starting three weeks ago that more and more items had no price and could not be ordered. Never a good sign.
As far as their web site navigability, it was like an old paper catalog where after a enough time you knew what page a part was on without having to go to the index.
