These people get cocky in groups, probably on their way to a car show. Old "car guys" are even grouchier than old "bike guys".
Look on the bright side though, if I ever get hit by a car, let it be something like that one. You pretty well know the car's insured and owned by someone who will stop if they hit someone. Or better yet, they don't stop, and you have them on camera.
