If you manage to fit a rack, you will have to use small bags to avoid heel-strike. The frame is likely inadequate for loads much beyond ~200lbs for cyclist alone. Skinny tires too, maybe you could fit 28s. The trailer option is probably your best bet for using a road bike for loaded touring, although many CF frames warn against use of axle-mounted trailer.

From Cube's FAQ regarding rack/carrier use: "Excluded from carrier use: all carbon bikes including carbon full suspension, carbon hardtails and carbon racing road bikes. The combination carbon frame / aluminum seatpost is also unsuitable for mounting a seatpost-mounted carrier. The stresses caused by using a luggage carrier can harm carbon frames in the longer term. This can lead to unexpected breakage of the frame and serious accidents."
